• We do our best to give accurate pricing upfront, but final pricing won’t be locked in until we complete your initial cleanup. If anything needs to be adjusted, we’ll let you know before we get started—no surprises, no hidden fees.

• If you pause service for any reason, no worries—we’ll get you back on track in no time.

Payment Terms

• Recurring Payments – Monthly service fees are due on the 1st of each month before services begin.

• Late Payments – If payment isn’t received before your first cleanup of the month, your service will be paused until payment is made.

• Consistent Monthly Pricing – Our pricing is averaged across the year, so even when a month has 5 weeks, your rate stays the same—no extra charges.

• Card Verification – When you add a debit or credit card to your customer portal, a small test transaction may occur. No actual funds are deducted—it’s just a security check.

We keep payments simple and straightforward, so there’s never any guesswork. Our goal is to make billing as seamless as our service—clear, predictable, and hassle-free.

Weather Policy

• Fairy Tails operates year-round. If it’s safe, we’re out there—rain or shine.

• If severe weather prevents us from servicing your yard, we’ll handle double the cleanup on your next visit. Pricing remains the same because—rain or shine—your pup isn’t taking a break, and neither is the mess.

Locked Gate Policy

• If we arrive and your gate is locked, we’ll knock, call, and do our best to reach you. If we can’t access your yard, the visit is still charged, but we’ll remove the extra waste on your next scheduled visit to make it right.

Cancellation Policy

• No contracts, no commitments. You can cancel anytime with 48 hours’ notice to your next billing. Just give us a call or update your customer portal.

• Mid-month cancellations – Monthly service fees are non-refundable, but if you cancel mid-month, we’re happy to complete the remaining cleanups.

Dangerous Dog Policy

• We love dogs—it’s why we do what we do! Most are happy to let us work, but if your pup is overly protective or aggressive, we’ll do our best to make it work. If we can’t safely service your yard, we’ll knock, call, and update your customer portal to let you know. The visit is still charged, but we’ll make up for it the next time with a double scoop.

• Safety comes first. If you know your dog isn’t a fan of strangers, we recommend keeping them inside during your scheduled service time.

What is my responsibility as a client?

1. Your yard must be easily accessible

2. Lawns should be cut on a regular basis without large amounts of leaves or debris. Autumn in the scooping industry is known as “poop camouflage season.” Please be mindful that we can only pick up what we can see.

3. Gates should be free of obstructions and unlocked when we arrive. If you provide us with gate codes, we will always lock up once we are done.

4. Aggressive dogs must be left indoors on scheduled service days.

5. If you know you will not need services, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
